The aim of the symposium is to boost cross-fertilization of working experience with diagnostics and therapeutic procedures in neonatology within an international group of specialists in neonatology, paediatric cardiology, nephrology, and other professionals involved in health care of newborn infants. Our keynote speaker, Professor Richard A. Polin, the Director of the Division of Neonatology at Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital of New York – Presbyterian, and Professor of Pediatrics at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, is one of the leading teachers of neonatology students, residents and colleagues all over the world.
